The sunlight down the right hand fork of the path looks very enticing, I would have been tempted to walk down there and get an additional shot somehow basked in it. Strange how much debris is on the ground – looks like autumn rather than spring, must have been a heavy storm?

Lots of tree flowers blown down by the rain and wind. We had quite heavy flooding too.
And you’re right I should have pushed on a bit into the wilderness but I craved my morning coffee at the office
