Kodak Ektachrome slide film will be back!
Other than a return of Kodachrome (I can dream, no?), this is the best news of the last years.
Kodak is finally waking up and rearing it’s head again.
Let Fuji kill off it’s fine films one by one to sell more Instax stuff and get on the roller coaster again, good old Kodak!

Who said digital would kill film! It HAS introduced many more to the wonderful world of photography, and it would appear some of these newbies are seeing the benefits of real raw. Film has lasted 200+ years and will still outlive digital (for me anyaway).

The perfect New Year’s news. I’ve been predicting this for a long time. Long live film, long live Kodak. My newly restored OM-1 (and other friends…) is hungry and waiting. What with that and Eastman Kodak Double-X (5222) sanity has at last prevailed and others will follow.
